completely, in order to conduct an effective search.
We
will not try to "sell" a situation that does not fully
meet the needs of our customers, as we know that everyone's time is
at a premium. As a result, when our customers have an opening, we
are generally the first called to conduct a search on their behalf.
We
conduct comprehensive interviews with our candidates. This enables
us to help our candidates build their careers more effectively. In
addition, we work with our clients to obtain a detailed, descriptive
job orders so that we can conduct the most effective search that is
possible.
